Established in 1999, the on-campus IGNOU Study Centre SC-1903 under the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) conducts several Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor Degree, and Master Degree Programmes. 

 

Administrative Staff and Faculty

The Centre is under the administration of IGNOU Regional Centre at Aizawl.

The Study Centre is staffed by senior, experienced academicians, along with supporting staff. The part-time faculty comprise of Academic Counsellors in different programmes and courses.

Infrastructure

 

The Centre is equipped with one desktop computer and is EDUSAT enabled, with a Satellite Interactive Terminal (SIT) to enhance opportunities for students to pursue non-formal higher education.

The Study Centre has an enrolment of about 247 students (as in September 2006) in various programmes.
