Since Mizoram is a predominantly Christian state, with students coming from different Christian denominations, the Students' Evangelical Union strives to bring to the youth a strong moral and ethical base, based on wholesome Christian values.
Membership to the SEU is on a purely voluntary basis, and members meet regularly in fellowship under the supervision of Teachers.
